Each-way racing tip from Wetherby: Crixus's Escape well-in for prominent run

Wetherby racecourse
On a busy day at the races, one of Tipstrr's pundits has picked out a veteran outsider who might just be primed to punch above his weight in a handicap chase at Wetherby.
I have the impression that bookmakers have been "swinging" a bit lately with some of their prices, as I have recently been able to enjoy some high returns, and today I am going to try to exploit this again with Crixus's Escape.
It is true that he is a 10-year-old horse, one of the veterans of this event, and that his form is not the same as two or three seasons ago, but for this horse's level, running today with a mark of 103 makes him dangerous to have at such an attractive price.
It is only as recently as last October, right at the beginning of the season, that his mark was 118 and his handicap has since dropped 15 pounds. He has also seemed to perform better when his stamina is tested, so it is perhaps significant that he is being stepped back up to around three miles, a distance that saw him earn two respectable runner-up spots a year ago.
One of those rides had Sean Quinlan in the saddle, a successful experienced jockey who might just have been booked to coax another good run out of Crixus's Escape.
Find a bookmaker offering extra places and you might just be rewarded with a decent run and a frame finish at lucrative odds.
