Each-way racing tip: Contre Ordre looking to apply French polish at Kelso

Kelso races
Each-way specialist Richard Hutchinson is never afraid to stick his neck out, and has identified some potential outsider value over the fences at Kelso on Monday afternoon.
Trainer Micky Hammond has been highly successful in recent years buying promising French jumpers who win at the more provincial tracks.
He gives them time to acclimatise to UK fences which in turn sees their handicap mark drop before getting wins out of them.
Contre Ordre fits that profile, and whilst he was pulled up for the past two runs, he was running a better race last time with headgear applied, only for his saddle to slip causing an unfortunate enforced pulled-up.
He comes here under similar conditions, after a 23-pound drop in his handicap mark, and is well worth a look at anything above 14/1 in this 14-runner event.
Emma Smith-Chaston is a talented three-pound claimer who does really well on Hammond's horses, so with up to five places up for grabs, they look a decent each-way play.
