The final race of Sunday’s Doncaster meeting has attracted the attention of Tipstrr’s team of pundits, with one horse in particular catching their collective eye for value.

He did finish the season with three top-four finishes, and a seven-month break seemed to agree with him, as he confirmed that improving form with a runner-up spot on season debut at Carlisle 17 days ago.

Although no match for the impressive B Associates, who also won again at the very same track the very next day, the leading pair pulled well clear of seven rivals, with Bernie The Bear showing enough to suggest he could be progressing along a similar path as the winner.
The three-year-old gelding re-unites with the very capable Oisin Orr, and between them they should go well off a low mark, while their low draw should allow them first access to the rail if they break well.
