Daniel Steele’s four-year-old proved his consistency again as recently as five days ago, when finished a good second over an extended mile at Wolverhampton, having taken the lead at the furlong pole, only to be reeled in by a fast-finishing outsider under a lower weight.
He races off the same mark here, and the quick turnaround suggests connections have high hopes of a bounceback performance, so he surely must merit serious consideration in the capable hands of Daniel Muscutt.
