There’s a card full of relatively modest Friday afternoon fayre at Brighton on May 27 but Planet Sport’s Jonathan Doidge thinks he’s unearthed a bet at the Sussex track.

Brighton, a track that not too many runners handle well and one where trainer Gary Moore has plenty of success.
He saddles my Friday selection, Think Trigger, who goes in the Read Kevin Blake on attheraces.com Handicap (14:45), over a trip of 1m2f.
The four-year-old has shown glimpses of ability on All Weather surfaces, and that ability came closer to fruition on his handicap debut at Kempton (1m, AW) when last seen in January.
Several of his half-brothers were winners at this trip and further and he is interesting now stepped up to 1m2f and on turf for the first time.
Given his liking for this place, Rivas Rob Roy is feared but the most interesting runner is Think Trigger, who is unexposed and ought to be suited by today's step up in trip.
There is always the possibility that he may not handle the switchback feel of Brighton but we'll have to take that chance in siding with him.
So, to recap, it's Think Trigger to win the 14:45 at Brighton on Friday.
