A look at Chris Eubank Jr's five best wins ahead of Liam Williams clash

Eubank Jr is hoping to challenge for a world title in 2022 under the guidance of boxing icon Roy Jones Jr.

Chris Eubank Jr will make his return to the ring next month when he collides against arch-rival Liam Williams in Cardiff.
The bout is set to take place on February 5 and the winner is expected to be in line for a second chance of world glory in 2022.

Eubank has made it clear: he wants to make a statement and face Gennadiy Golovkin next while his promoter revealed Billy Joe Saunders and Demetrius Andrade are also in the frame.

Ahead of a mouth-watering clash against Williams, we take a look at Eubank's five standout wins since turning professional in 2011.

Avni Yildirim

The Turkish super middleweight is most remembered for his clash against Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez for the WBA and WBC titles in February 2021. Yildirim got crushed inside three rounds and has since lost to Jack Cullen.

At one point, Yildirim was considered a dangerous opponent and during that time, he put his undefeated record on the line against Eubank in the World Boxing Super Series.
The2017 bout took place in Stuttgart, Germany, and while Eubank was regarded as the away fighter, he delivered a brutal KO in the third round to progress into the semi-finals of the super middleweight tournament.

James DeGale

The pair finally collided in 2019 after years of bad blood. James DeGale had avenged his defeat to Caleb Truax to become a two-time IBF champion.
Instead of facing his mandatory Caleb Plant, DeGale opted to vacate his world title and take on Eubank at London's O2 Arena.
Question marks about whether "Chunky" had anything left in the tank was soon answered when Eubank knocked the 2012 Olympic gold-medallist to the canvas in round two. Another knockdown in round 10 would cement Eubank's win on the scorecards (114-112, 115-112 and 117-109).

Arthur Abraham

The Armenian German fighter took on Eubank towards the back-end of his career although it was only three fights before that he held the WBO super middleweight title.
Abraham is most known for his fights against British trio Carl Froch, Paul Smith and Martin Murray and was seen as the perfect test for Eubank at 168lbs.

Abraham originally missed the weight limit for the 2017 showdown but made it at the third attempt. He would offer nothing competitive on fight night though with Eubank outpointing Abraham and winning every round.

Gary O'Sullivan

This was a fun build-up.
Gary O'Sullivan - otherwise known as Spike - promoted the fight brilliantly, often taunting not only Eubank Jr but his father Chris Eubank.
The 2015 fight itself was fireworks too with Spike coming out of the blocks with one thing on his mind: to land a knockout.
Unfortunately for the Irishman, he was unable to land a big punch and it was him instead who tasted the canvas and got knocked out in round seven.

Renold Quinlan

This was the first fight of a new era in British boxing as Eubank followed in the footsteps of his father by fighting on ITV. This time it would be on Box Office and his debut fight saw him in with Renold Quinlan in 2017.
The Australian held the IBO title after a famous win over Daniel Geale - the former unified middleweight world champion.
Despite the standout win against Geale in his previous bout, he was no match for Eubank with the fight getting stopped in round 10 via TKO for Eubank.
