Day seven guide - Selected women's matches
Iga Swiatek (1) vs Xinyu Wang
Saturday, 3 June 2023, Time: 2pm
Iga Swiatek and Xinyu Wang haven't met at senior WTA Tour level but they did clash in the Wimbledon juniors with the world No 1 coming out on top.
Swiatek has settled right into playing at Roland Garros yet again and her winning streak in Paris will move to 10 matches if she can beat the 21-year-old Chinese prospect.
Wang accounted for 31st seed Marie Bouzkova in the second round and like Swiatek is yet to drop a set.
Swiatek, however, has handed 6-0 set defeats to each of her opponents at the French Open so far and defeat appears highly unlikely.
Suggested bets
Swiatek to win by two sets to one
Wang to win three games in the opening set
Olga Danilovic vs Ons Jabeur (7)
Saturday, 3 June 2023, Time: 3:15pm
It has been quite the journey for Olga Danilovic to reach the third round of the French Open but she has gone five matches at Roland Garros without dropping a set.
Seventh seed Ons Jabeur is also yet to drop a set but she didn't have to navigate a qualifying campaign.
Jabeur has comfortably seen off her two opponents to date but this could be a big test for her against a player who has played herself into form.
This will be the first meeting between these two players at WTA Tour level.
Suggested bets
Danilovic to take first set
Danilovic to win first set 6-3
Mirra Andreeva vs Coco Gauff (6)
Saturday, 3 June 2023, Time: 12noon
One teen sensation faces another on Saturday with sixth seed and last season's runner-up Coco Gauff standing between Mirra Andreeva and a dream run to the last 16 for the 16-year-old.
The players haven't met competitively on the tour but they didn practise together ahead of the tournament.
Andreeva has dropped just six games in the main draw having battled her way through qualifying to be the youngest woman taking part in the French Open.
Gauff's top-10 status is on the lineas she can ill-afford to drop too many points after her run to the final here last season.
Suggested bets
Andreeva to win by by two sets to one
Gauff to edge a three-setter
Bianca Andreescu vs Lesia Tsurenko
Saturday, 3 June 2023, Time: 1:15pm
Bianca Andreescu has retired in both her previous meetings with Ukraine's Lesia Tsurenko.
Andreescu has suffered from injury-enforced retirements but has moved well and looked in good touch in what has been her best run in Paris.
Tsurenko dimantled former champion Barbora Krejcikova in the previous round.
Meanwhile Andreescu ousted former world No 1 Victoria Azarenka in her opening match, making this a tight one to call.
Suggested bets
Tsurenko to win the match two sets to one
Tsurenko to take opening set 6-2
