Planet Sport Bet’s Robbie Savage thinks Aston Villa can extend their unbeaten run to seven when they play Nottingham Forest on Sunday afternoon (1400 GMT).

Aston Villa are in fine form, unbeaten in their last six in all competitions and scoring goals. Ollie Watkins in fine fine form, Douglas Luiz also playing well, he’s been a key player for them. What a job Unai Emery has done.

Nottingham Forest need to win this one. Their home form last season was one of the reasons they stayed in the Premier League. It's not as good this year.

It's a game they'll be looking to win, but I don't think they will.

Aston Villa, not great on the road, but I think they've got enough to beat Forest and I'm going 2-0  to Villa.

Robbie’s Tip: Nottingham Forest 0-2 Aston Villa

Planet Sport’s other bets to consider

Are Unai Emery’s Aston Villa Champions League challengers? Just maybe.

Only Liverpool and Newcastle have got the better of Villa this season, so this is a tough task for Forest.

Steve Cooper will be hoping that second-season syndrome isn’t all it’s cracked up to be with the Reds on 10 points from 10 and close to the drop-zone.

Despite a mixed bag of results, their home form is still strong. The Tricky Trees are unbeaten in four, although they would have liked more than six points.

Clean sheets at home kept them up last season, but Sheffield United, Burnley and Luton have found the net five times across four visits to the City Ground.

That stat doesn’t make for good reading when you consider Villa have scored 14 in four in the Premier League.

They’ve also conceded in each of the last four and five of six in all competitions, so both teams to score looks a good bet.

Cooper’s side have failed to find the net in the opening 45 minutes of their previous seven.

On the other hand, Villa have outscored teams 4-0 in the opening 45 minutes of their last five, with 15 goals coming in the second half.

Betting on more goals in the second half, both teams scoring after the break and Villa scoring two goals after the break look like good bets.

    Villa over 1.5 second-half goals
