Sunday's FA Cup acca tips: Peterborough and Leeds to entertain as Citizens run riot

The FA Cup third-round action continues on Sunday with several mouthwatering ties pitting Premier League and Championship clubs against lower-league opposition.

The weekend’s action is yet to get underway at the time of writing, so let’s just assume we smashed Saturday’s acca. Did you enjoy yesterday's winner? Here’s todays!

Place a £5+ all-correct accumulator (min. 5 selections) and get up to a 50% BONUS on your winnings.

Sunday’s FA Cup acca is priced at 22/1 at the time of writing.

FA Cup acca

Luton to beat Bolton

Man City -3 Asian handicap

Shrewsbury vs Wrexham: Over 2.5 goals

Peterborough vs Leeds: Over 3.5 goals

West Brom -1.5 Asian handicap

Luton Town vs Bolton Wanderers

We’ll take the bait and wipe the egg off with dignity if Bolton win here, but a Premier League team being priced at 4/6, playing at home to League One opposition, is unusual.

Little old Luton are rarely shown any respect but if they field a strong team and play well, they win. It’s rarely that straightforward but they’ve been good at home so hopefully this price can be exploited.

Man City vs Huddersfield

The FA Cup holders came up against three Championship sides last season, beating Burnley 6-0, Sheffield United 3-0 and Bristol City 3-0.

Huddersfield have gone through stubborn spells where they’ve been tough to beat, but it’s worth noting both Leicester and Leeds beat them 4-1.

Shrewsbury vs Wrexham

Wrexham save the majority of their goals for home games, but they took a much more attacking approach away to Mansfield in the first round.

There have been over 2.5 goals in each of their last eight FA Cup ties and Shrewsbury will happily fight fire with fire. There have been over 2.5 goals in seven of their last eight.

Peterborough vs Leeds United

Both teams have scored at least two in each of Peterborough’s last three and Posh have netted 35 in 13 at home, scoring at least two in each of those games.

Leeds have had trouble on the road, conceding in 10 of their 13. However, they may be able to replicate their free-scoring home form against a League One opponent.

West Brom vs Aldershot

Carlos Corberan has his West Brom side purring at home. Eight wins and three draws has them in the playoff hunt and it’s worth noting they’ve kept a clean sheet in seven of those results.

That would be a good foundation for a comfortable win against National League side Aldershot.

They regularly concede two or more on their travels so we’ll chance the -1.5 Asian handicap.
