Arsenal vs Brentford tips and predictions: Both teams to score at the Emirates
Arsenal will hope to extend their Premier League winning streak to eight when they face Brentford on Saturday evening (1730 GMT).
Arsenal face Brentford at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday looking to extend their current winning run to eight matches.
We’ve reached the stage of the season where the team that will win the title needs to be nearly perfect and the Gunners are currently that.
Brentford are an opponent that have made the Gunners work for all of their points since promotion in 2018 but the Bees are having their toughest season yet.
Thomas Frank’s side have won three of their previous 16 matches and given that they’re just six points above Luton, they have to be considered part of the relegation battle.
The Bees haven’t won many away games since their return to the Premier League but the majority of them, and four of the last five, have come in London.

We also have to consider that the longer Arsenal’s winning run goes on, the more they will be overvalued by the bookies to draw you into betting valueless markets.
We’ll have to take some moderate risk to find worthwhile prices here and both teams to score looks like a good place to start.
Brentford have scored 15 in 13 on their travels this season and their record against London clubs is exceptional. They’ve scored in each of their last 13 away games, registering 26 in total.
There is no real point in backing over 2.5 goals but as there have been 34 goals in Arsenal’s last seven matches, over 3.5 looks a worthy shout and that is priced above evens.
Finally, we continue to find success in the goalscorer market so we’ll take a chance on Ivan Toney being the man to get Brentford’s goal.
Team news
David Raya and Jurrien Timber have been ruled out for Arsenal but Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli have recovered and should feature.
There are still doubts over Takehiro Tomiyasu and Oleksandr Zinchenko but both are nearing a return.
Joshua Dasilva, Rico Henry, Ben Mee, Aaron Hickey, Ethan Pinnock and Kevin Schade are unavailable due to injury.
Bryan Mbeumo could make the squad but is more likely to return after the international break.
