Soccer tips: Crystal Palace vs West Ham - Back goals galore at Selhurst Park

With both Crystal Palace and West Ham coming into this game on the back of victories, we're expecting goals to fly in this London derby.

Palace bounced back from defeat against Tottenham with a comfortable 3-0 win over rock-bottom Norwich last time out, while David Moyes' side came from 1-0 down to run out easy 4-1 winners over Watford.

Although the Hammers are firmly ensconced in the race for a Champions League spot, it is their 11th-placed opponents who come into the game in arguably the better form.

Best bets for Crystal Palace vs West Ham

Both teams to score and West Ham to win WAS 7/2, NOW 4/1

Over 2.5 goals at 5/6

Jarrod Bowen to score anytime at 23/10

West Ham went into their clash with the Hornets on the back of just one win in eight but produced an ultimately dominant display against Claudio Ranieri's side.

Emmanuel Dennis' eighth league goal of a productive campaign woke West Ham from their slumber, with captain Mark Noble leading by example and scoring from the penalty spot for the 40th time in his career.

The club legend was deputising for the suspended Declan Rice who should slot straight back in against Palace.

Rice has been a standout for David Moyes this season, with the Watford game the first minutes he has missed.

Crystal Palace are also boosted by the return of their chief attacking threat, Wilfried Zaha, who has three goals to his name against the Hammers.

Last time out

West Ham 2-2 Crystal Palace (Premier League - August 28, 2021)

These two met towards the start of the season and it was a highly entertaining clash with Palace able to hold on for a draw at the London Stadium.

West Ham's lead was twice cancelled out by Conor Gallagher, for what were his first two goals for Crystal Palace after joining on loan from Chelsea.

Palace almost won it late on too, when Gallagher's free-kick was headed wide of the mark by centre-back Marc Guehi.

Both teams to score looks a bet worth getting on

The BTTS bet has paid out in the last nine meetings between the two sides, with 30 goals coming in those meetings.
West Ham also top the charts with the highest percentage of both teams scoring in their matches this season, with 68%.
The two sides have each scored in 13 of their 19 matches.

Planet Sport Bet have boosted the odds on West Ham to win and both teams to score from 7/2 to 4/1.

Last 10 Premier League meetings:

Crystal Palace wins: 2
Draws: 5
West Ham wins: 3
Crystal Palace goals: 15
West Ham goals: 18

Goalscorer bets for Crystal Palace vs West Ham

Jarrod Bowen, West Ham, England
West Ham have plenty of exciting attacking options and none more so than their left-footed right-winger Jarrod Bowen.

Top Premier League clubs, including Liverpool, have reportedly been watching the former Hull City player.

He has had a hand in 35% of the Hammers' goals this season and is one of the first names on Moyes' team sheet.
His performance against Watford was one of his best of the season and he goes into this clash in red-hot form. Back him to add to his three goals this season.
Odsonne Edouard scored his first league goal October when netting from the spot against Norwich and that will have done his confidence no harm.
The Frenchman also registered two assists and will fancy himself to notch against what is still an under-strength West Ham rearguard.
