Barnet woes to continue and Torquay to turn on the style among best Monday acca bets

Do yourself a favour and check out the National League for your accumulator needs on Monday. Your eyes, and maybe even your wallet, will love you forever.

The Premier League may be taking a breather for the international break, but there is still plenty of soccer to get your teeth into.

On Monday the National League takes centre stage with a packed fixture list, and there is plenty for punters to get their teeth into if you're looking for an accumulator.
Here, we pick out some of the bets that should tickle your fancy.

Halifax Town vs Altrincham

This one may come down to fitness alone in all honesty.
Halifax had a fine away win over Woking on Saturday, which was just the boost they needed after losing their National League opener.
However, they put a lot into that game and it's a big ask for them to go again just two days later.
Altrincham have no such issues, though. They had the weekend off and will travel to The Shay feeling fresh and raring to go after such a long wait since their impressive 3-1 away win at Torquay on matchday one.
It's early in the season and the players are still getting going to an extent, so it really looks like advantage-Altrincham here.

Torquay vs Woking

Torquay host Woking still suffering from a play-off hangover.

Last season ended in bitter disappointment for Torquay as Hartlepool beat them on penalties to earn promotion back to the Football League, and things haven't really got going yet this season.

They started the campaign with a 3-1 home defeat to Altrincham although they earned a decent draw with ten men at Notts County on Saturday.

Woking, meanwhile, lost to Halifax Town on Saturday, but they already have an away win under their belt this season.

This is a tough one to call, but Torquay are too good at this level to not start winning soon.

Aldershot Town vs Yeovil Town

The collective record of played three, lost three for these two clubs this season does not exactly make for pleasant reading if you're a fan of either.

Yeovil's season only started on Saturday but a 2-1 defeat at home to a Kings Lynn team expected to struggle doesn't augur well.

Aldershot have played two games and failed to score in either, so it looks one of those games that neither team feel they can lose.

For that reason alone, the smart money is on the draw.

Weymouth vs Maidenhead

Looking at the fledgling National League table, this game should an easy one to call.

Maidenhead have enjoyed an electric start to the season, winning at Halifax on the opening day and then confidently dispatching Dover at home.

Weymouth, in contrast, have not yet managed a goal and have lost both of their matches.

It's hard to see it going any other way than exactly as the formbook suggests.

Barnet vs Dagenham & Redbridge

Dagenham head into this one sitting top of the league after blasting an impressive seven goals in their opening two fixtures.
Barnet hold home advantage, although it's questionable just how useful that is to them given they lost their Underhill opener 5-0 to Notts County.
They were able to bounce back to an extent with a solid 1-1 draw at Solihull Moors on Saturday, but Dagenham look a different level right now.

The combination of Dagenham scoring plenty and Barnet conceding plenty, points to an away victory, with the visitors to win to nil a useful addition to the acca.
