Women’s World Cup final: Robbie Savage makes bold England prediction, heaps praise on Lauren Hemp

Lauren Hemp from England
Planet Sport Bet ambassador Robbie Savage looks ahead to a historic Women’s World Cup final between England and Spain.
England are just one win away from winning the World Cup and achieving footballing supremacy.
The Lionesses have an opportunity to simultaneously hold European and World honours - an unprecedented achievement.
However, before stamping their names in the history books, Sarina Wiegman's side will have to navigate their way past a very strong Spanish side.
Former Premier League midfielder Robbie Savage believes England have got a huge selection decision to make before the match - one which could have huge implications on the end result.
He told Planet Sport: "The last time these two sides met was in the quarter-final of the Euros, England winning 2-1 after extra-time. The player for the big occasion was Ella Toone. She got a goal in that 2-1 victory along with [Georgia] Stanway.
"Ella Toone is the first player to score in a quarter-final, a semi-final and a final in major competitions for England.
"The big decision that has to be made is whether Ella Toone keeps her place. She's the player for the big occasions, but does Lauren James come back to the side?
"Arguably one of England's best players. Could be one of the best players in the world. That is a huge decision.
"Does Sarina Wiegman keep faith with the 11 that have got England to this final or, does she bring in Lauren James?
"It's going to be tough, it's going to be a great occasion. I think England will nick it and I think it will be in extra-time. I'm going to go with England to win 2-1.
"Lauren Hemp for me has been the standout player for this tournament. Energy, desire, creativity, goals. I think Lauren Hemp has been the best player at this World Cup. I think she'll have a huge role to play in this final."
