What are the chances of Arsenal signing Gabriel Jesus, Marcus Rashford and Eden Hazard?

Arsenal, as usual, are being linked with a host of names in the summer transfer window. But what are their chances of landing them?

Arsenal's failure to secure Champions League football means they are on the back foot when it comes to top-quality signings for 2022/23.
Nevertheless, they still remain an attractive option under Mikel Arteta, with Brazilian youngster Marquinhos the first to make the move, joining from Sao Paulo.
The Gunners are not expected to stop there and have been priced up in the betting for an incredible 32 potential summer moves.
But which ones are the most realistic and which ones are mere pie in the sky stuff? Planet Sport takes a look.

The favourites

Securing the signing of Leicester midfielder Youri Tielemans appears to be a priority for the Gunners and the tabloids believe a deal is close - as do the bookies. Tielemans is priced at 8/11 to make a summer switch to the Etihad, a possibility of close to 58%.

He looks set to be joined by Gabriel Jesus, with the Manchester City forward 4/7 to move to Arsenal in the summer - a 63.6% chance.

Another player who could be swapping the Etihad for the Emirates is Oleksandr Zinchenko, with Arsenal the 5/2 favourites to land the Ukrainian.

Serge Gnabry is a target of Liverpool this summer

A former Gunner could also be back in north London this summer, with Arsenal 3/1 second favourites to complete the signing of Serge Gnabry. Real Madrid (11/4) and Liverpool (4/1) are set to provide the competition for the Bayern Munich winger.

In the mix

Raphinha is also 3/1 to make a move to Arsenal in the summer. Barcelona appear to lead the chase at 6/5 but it is still not certain he will be leaving Elland Road, with the Brazilian 3/1 to remain with Leeds. Liverpool are 6/1 shots to land him.
In desperate need of striking reinforcements, a move for Dominic Calvert-Lewin would make sense. Arsenal are 3/1 second favourites to pick up the Everton attacker in the window but face strong competition from Newcastle who are priced at 4/7.
The Gunners are also in the mix for Ruben Neves at 11/2. However, Barcelona (11/10) is thought to be the Wolves midfielder's desired destination amid talks of a bidding war with Manchester United (9/4).
Newcastle are also favourites to sign Ivan Toney at 3/1, with Arsenal next-best at 8s.

You can also get single-figure quotes on the Gunners landing Jarrod Bowen (8/1), James Maddison (9/1) and Marcus Rashford (9/1) in the window.

Rashford is possibly the most interesting of the three, with Paris Saint-Germain 9/2 favourites to pick up the England striker before the window slams shut in September. Arsenal's price puts them on a par with Barcelona and gives them a 10% chance of landing the Man United forward.

The outsiders

The Gunners are actually second favourites to pick up Alvara Morata. However, the forward looks to be inching towards a return to Juve, where he has spent the last two years on loan. That is reflected in the 1/4 about him joining Juventus permanently, with Arsenal next-best at 10/1.
The same price is being offered on Arsenal landing Eden Hazard in the window, with Chelsea (5/1), Newcastle (7/1) and Aston Villa (10/1) all thought to be interested in the Belgian.
Arsenal are also 10/1 to seal the signing of Ollie Watkins from Villa.
You can also get 10/1 on John McGinn making the move to the Emirates in the summer, with Tottenham (5/1) leading the way in that market.
Spurs are much firmer favourites to land Everton forward Richarlison, however, with the Brazilian 1/2 - a 66.6% probability - to join Antonio Conte's side. Arsenal are out at 18s.
They are the same price to sign Kalvin Phillips in the window but that looks a straight fight between Manchester City and his current employers Leeds. The England midfielder is 1/2 to move to the Etihad, with Leeds 2/1 to hang on to him.
Lucas Paqueta looks to be Newcastle-bound with the Magpies 4/6 to land the Brazilian, who is good friends with January signing Bruno Guimaraes. Arsenal have long been linked with the Olympique Lyonnais midfielder, but at 18/1 look set for disappointment - if the bookies are to be believed.
And Arsenal's chances of landing Maxwel Cornet look slim, with the Gunners rated 16/1 shots to sign the Burnley forward amid interest from West Ham (7/2), Everton (9/2), Newcastle (9/2) and Leicester (6/1).

The long shots

Mohamed Salah, Liverpool

What price Mohamed Salah swapping Liverpool for Arsenal this summer? Well, it's 20/1 to be exact. Behind Real Madrid (5/1), PSG (9/1), Chelsea (16/1), Newcastle (18/1) and Manchester City (18/1) but not beyond the realms of possibility (that's a touch under 5% chance).

It's certainly more possible than a host of other star names that have been priced up in regard to an Arsenal move.
Paulo Dybala (25/1), Romelu Lukaku (25/1), Raheem Sterling (25/1), Marc Cucurella (33/1), Seb Haller (33/1), Robert Lewandowski (33/1), Cristiano Ronaldo (33/1), Frenkie De Jong (33/1) are among them, with Ousmane Dembele (40/1) and Paul Pogba (50/1) considered even more outlandish options.
There are two interesting options available at 20/1, however. Arsenal were linked with Riyad Mahrez last year and with the Algerian out of contract in 2023 they could reignite their interest in the Manchester City playmaker.

Another 20/1 shot is Jude Bellingham who, if Tony Adams is to be believed, came close to joining Arsenal earlier in his career.

The Borussia Dortmund midfielder will have no shortage of options if he decides to move on in the summer and while the Gunners are sure to throw their hat in the ring, Liverpool (2/1) appear to be the frontrunners.
