Kylian Mbappe is staying in Paris but what other stellar signings could we see on deadline day?

It’s deadline day and we have teamed up with Planet Sport Bet to look at some of the high-profile switches that may or may not happen.

Some huge names could be moving on deadline day which brings to an end one of the craziest windows we have ever seen.

Cristiano Ronaldo's sensational switch from Juventus to Manchester United has been rubber-stamped, but there are still a number of high-profile players for whom the day could prove significant.

Among them are Kylian Mbappe, Saul Niguez and Jesse Lingard, with the futures of Richarlison and Bernardo Silva also very much in the air.

Kylian Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe Paris Saint-Germain May21

Real Madrid have pulled out all the stops to try and secure the signature of Kylian Mbappe in this transfer window.

Their latest offer on deadline day was a massive £189million. However, PSG's continuing efforts to stall the talks have pushed Los Blancos over the edge.

Instead of striking the deal, Madrid have decided to walk away from the deal and will now look to sing the player on a pre-contract agreement in January.

For PSG it's a bittersweet moment as they keep Mbappe for another season but face the prospect of losing one of the world's biggest talents on a free transfer.

Planet Sport Bet expected this to be the case having priced a no deal scenario at 1/6 earlier in the day. A move to the Spanish capital meanwhile, was priced at 6/4.

Adama Traore

The flying Spanish winger has been linked with a move to Spurs. Although this speculation could be based purely on the fact that the former Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo is now at Tottenham. Surely the ITKs can't be that lazy?

Wolves are apparently holding out for a figure of £40m, which is probably delaying the deal going through in this transfer window.

Spurs chief Daniel Levy is shrewd with his money and he can probably see that, despite all the pace and dribbling ability, Traore lacks a final product, and you'd probably want a few goals and assists for £40m wouldn't you.

Saul Niguez

One major deal which has already been confirmed on deadline day is Chelsea's acquisition of Atletico Madrid's Saul Niguez.

The Blues were competing with the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona for his signature but in the end, it was the European Champions who succeeded.

Chelsea were favourites throughout the day at 8/13 and ultimately, they've been able to get the deal done.

The agreement is a £4.2million loan deal with personal terms already agreed according to latest reports.

Richarlison, Brazil, Olympics

If, and it is a big if, Mbappe moves, then the man PSG want is understood to be Richarlison. That is why Planet Sport Bet still has him at just 5/1 to join the Parisian giants.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is a huge fan but Neymar has been pushing Richarlison so this is one to keep an eye on.

Richarlison's club after deadline day

PSG 5/1

Real Madrid 20/1

Barcelona 50/1

Jesse Lingard

With Cristiano Ronaldo coming in, it does seem Jesse Lingard's chances could be limited. Dan James has already jumped ship to Leeds United, but will Lingard do the same?

He finished last season at West Ham United and was brilliant and they remain interested. Planet Sport Bet makes them 11/10 to land him on Tuesday. They are firm favourites and he is very much one to look out for.

Lingard's club after deadline day

West Ham 11/10

Everton 16/1

Leicester 22/1

Arsenal 25/1

AC Milan 28/1

Atletico Madrid 28/1

Aston Villa 33/1

Tottenham 33/1

Bernardo Silva

So far nobody at Man City has left due to Jack Grealish's arrival at the club, but the one man who has been strongly linked is Silva.

We know there is interest from around Europe, with TottenhamBarcelona and Atletico Madrid among those looking but it seems Silva is ready to fight for his place.

Planet Sport Bet are certain that Silva will remain beyond deadline day.

Manchester City 1/10

Juventus 10/3

Atletico Madrid 6/1

Tottenham 8/1

Barcelona 12/1

Jules Kounde

As well as Saul, Chelsea are also hoping to bring in a defender and, having sold Kurt Zouma to West Ham, they have some room to do some work.

It is no secret that they want Sevilla's Jules Kounde and talks are ongoing and there is a good chance that they can pull it off.

Planet Sport Bet certainly think it could be happening.

Odsonne Edouard

The Celtic striker has not been quiet about wanting to leave the club, but numerous deals have failed to materialise with Everton, Leicester and Arsenal backing away.

However, he does look set to get his chance to move to the Premier League with Crystal Palace stepping up and Planet Sport Bet are confident it will get done.
