The (updated) 9 Premier League deals most likely to go through this summer according to the bookies

Planet Sport revisits our feature on the moves most likely to take place in the summer transfer window and despite it only being a few days, a lot has changed.

It's been a busy week on the transfer front with the long-running sagas involving Raphinha and Christian Erikesen finally concluded and Raheem Sterling making his highly anticipated move from Man City to Chelsea.
Such is the speed in which the market is moving that of the nine Premier League deals most likely to go through highlighted by Planet Sport on Tuesday, only three have not seen a fluctuation in odds.
Eight still remain in the betting, with Ousmane Dembele's decision to remain at Barcelona proving tough to swallow for Chelsea, who had been Evens to land the midfielder when our original article was published.

The remaining eight

Lucas Paqueta was quoted as Evens to join up with Newcastle United and there has been no movement there, while Youri Tielemans is still 4/7 to make the switch from Leicester to Arsenal in the window.

Similarly, Frenkie de Jong is still 1/3 to move from Barcelona to Manchester United despite no end of obstacles being put in the Red Devils' way, the most pertinent of which is the midfielder's desire not to go there.
One of the biggest fluctuations in the market centres around Jesse Lingard who was 8/11 to join West Ham. The Irons remain favourites to land the former Manchester United forward but have drifted out to 6/4, with Wayne Rooney's DC United having come into 5/2.
Nathan Ake's proposed move from Manchester City to Chelsea, which was 1/8 on Tuesday, is now 7/2 following reports the defender might not be leaving the Etihad after all.
Another player for whom a summer switch is looking less likely is Brighton's Marc Cucurella. However, the left-back remains a 1/5 shot to join up with Manchester City, having previously been available at 1/10.

The chances of Antony being reunited with Erik ten Hag at Manchester United have receded slightly, too, with a summer switch now priced at 8/11 having been 4/6.

The likelihood of Cristiano Ronaldo staying at Old Trafford has increased, through, with the Portuguese 1/3 to remain at United. He was 4/7 to stay at United earlier in the week.

New odds-on shots

Oleksandr Zinchenko's move from Manchester City to Arsenal is now seen as the most likely Premier League deal to go through this summer, with the move priced at 1/16, a 94.1% chance of happening.

Everton's £25million bid for Wolves' Morgan Gibbs-White looks like succeeding, with the Toffees 4/9 to land the England Under-21 midfielder who spent last seaosn on loan at Sheffield United.

And, another transfer which has progressed in the last few days is West Ham's pursuit of Chelsea striker Armando Broja.
Broja, who spent last year on loan at Southampton, is now 4/6 to make the switch to the London Stadium, with Everton his next most likely destination at 5/1.

The nine most likely deals to go through (least likely to most likely)

Lucas Paqueta - Lyon to Newcastle United (Evens)
Antony - Ajax to Manchester United (8/11)
Armando Broja - Chelsea to West Ham (4/6)

Youri Tielemans - Leicester to Arsenal (4/7)

Morgan Gibbs-White - Wolves to Everton (4/9)
Cristiano Ronaldo - to stay at Manchester United (1/3)
Frenkie de Jong - Barcelona to Manchester United (1/3)
Marc Cucerella - Brighton to Manchester City (1/5)
Oleksandr Zinchenko - Manchester City to Arsenal (1/16)
