Social Zone: Erling Haaland's release clause 'to be triggered', Wayne Rooney speaks to Derby fans

Derby County suffer relegation to League One, Erling Haaland appears to be on the verge of joining Manchester City and Carlo Ancelotti closes in on new record.

Derby County may be playing in League One but they have a new set of fans following the heartbreak they have had to endure this season.
The Rams were relegated following a late defeat to Queens Park Rangers and will now play in the third-tier of English football for the first time since 1986.
Derby have 31 points for the season but would have remained in the Championship had they not been docked 21 points for breaching Financial Fair Play rules alongside entering administration.

Manager Wayne Rooney said he hoped former owner Mel Morris would not be able to sleep well after their 1-0 loss to QPR.

A video has since hit social media, and it's Rooney talking and thanking the fans for supporting Derby during a difficult season.
Fingers crossed US businessman Chris Kirchner can keep Wayne Rooney as manager and rebuild for next season.
Middlesbrough slipped to a 2-0 defeat against Huddersfield Town and now sit ninth in the table, three points off the final play-off spot in sixth.
Chris Wilder is being linked with a move away from the club despite only taking over Boro earlier this season. When asked about the rumours, he did very little to end them.
I think they want you to say that you'll remain as Middlesbrough's boss, Chris.

According to the Daily Mail, Manchester City have agreed terms to sign Erling Haaland's representatives.

The Dortmund striker is one of the most wanted players in world football and when you look at his stats, it's no surprise. The Norwegian - who is set to earn £500k a week at City - has 82 goals in 85 games.

And judging by previous records of forwards under Pep Guardiola, it looks like Haaland will settle in the Premier League just fine.

Manchester United fans may not see their team win any silverware this season but the best they can hope for is to deny Liverpool the Premier League title.
The two rivals meet tonight at Anfield with Liverpool one point behind Manchester City while United are three points behind Tottenham in fourth.
You have to go a long way back to remember the last time Man United beat Liverpool away from home.

Carlo Ancelotti is on the verge of winning La Liga with Real Madrid after Barcelona slipped up against Cadiz.

Madrid have a 15-point lead over Barca having played 32 games - one more than Xavi's side. Ancelotti is on the verge of becoming the first manager to win league titles in England, Spain, Italy, France and Germany.
That is some stat.
