Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti confirms Eden Hazard will face Mallorca

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Eden Hazard will play against Mallorca in the La Liga clash at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on Sunday.

In Tuesday's 3-0 Champions League victory over Celtic, star striker Karim Benzema went off injured in the 30th minute and was replaced by Hazard, who had a brilliant performance assisting in the second goal by Luka Modric and then scored the third goal to cap off an excellent game.

Benzema has been ruled out of action for around two weeks but Ancelotti has now confirmed that Hazard will be starting Sunday's match in place of the injured Frenchman.

"Hazard did well against Celtic. Tomorrow, I will play him. Let's hope he can have a great game," said Ancelotti.

He also confirmed they would be using the 4-4-2 system against Mallorca like they did against Celtic in their last outing.
"Against Celtic, we did not have the same system. It might be that Hazard does not have the same run of goals that Karim has because it has been a while since he played.
"I am going to ask him to play well, as he did against Celtic, in order to maintain the good offensive attitude," Ancelotti added.
