Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez confident in Robert Lewandowski's scoring form returning

Coach Xavi Hernandez expects Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski to get over his recent La Liga scoring struggles.

Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez has expressed his confidence in Robert Lewandowski's form despite his recent goal-scoring struggles.
The forward, who joined the Catalan giants from Bayern Munich last summer, has scored 27 goals and made seven assists in 38 appearances for the club.
The 34-year-old Lewandowski has not scored in Barcelona's last four matches in all competitions, but Xavi remains unperturbed, saying, "the goals will come. All forwards want to score. Those who don't score are sad, it's the life of a forward."
Despite being La Liga's top scorer with 17 goals, Lewandowski has only scored twice in his last seven league appearances. Xavi believes that the team should not rely solely on the veteran striker and that other players should also step up to score goals.
"We need to continue to work and create chances. Imagine how the others will be when Lewandowski, who is the top scorer in the league, starts scoring again," Xavi told reporters.
Xavi was pleased with Barcelona's recent 1-0 win over Atletico Madrid, which helped them maintain their lead at the top of the La Liga table. Ferran Torres scored the only goal of the game, and Xavi praised his team's performance, although he admitted that they could have scored more goals to secure a more comfortable victory.
"It's a very important victory," said Xavi. "It was key to our goal of winning the league. We beat a great team. They had chances, but we dominated, and we had to score the second goal that would have given us peace of mind. But it's a constant in this League. We have been superior."
Xavi's confidence in Lewandowski's form and his insistence that the team should not rely solely on him for goals shows a well-rounded approach to Barcelona's tactics. As they aim to secure the La Liga title, Xavi's strategy of encouraging all players to contribute to scoring goals is a promising approach.
