Freiberg and Hoffenheim interested in ‘complicated’ move for Leeds United striker Georginio Rutter

Bundesliga sides Freiberg and Hoffenheim are interested in a loan move for Georginio Rutter, according to reports.

Reports in Germany have surfaced suggesting that Georginio Rutter could be a loan target for Freiberg and former club Hoffenheim.
Rutter, 21, made a £36 million move to Leeds United in the January transfer window while Victor Orta was still at the helm.
The starlet found life in the Premier League tough and was never given an extended run in the team under Jesse Marsch, Javi Gracia or Sam Allardyce.
Kicker is reporting that Orta agreed to Rutter being able to leave on loan should the Whites be relegated to the Championship.
Robin Koch, Max Wober and Brendan Aaronson have already landed in the Bundesliga this summer and the Frenchman seems to have suitors there.

In a strange twist, the German outlet suggest that the agreement was purely verbal and for whatever reason, not included in Rutter's contract.

It's a tough claim to verify and even if there is any truth to the story, it doesn't make sense for Rutter, Orta or his agent to spill the beans.
The forward has been a focal point for Daniel Farke's team in pre-season but was unable to shake off an injury against Hearts and looks doubtful for Sunday's opener.
