New York Red Bulls says the player remains under contract with them despite signing claims from player and Al-Taawoun.

SOCCER: Kaku and Saudi side Al-Taawoun may have jumped the gun on the midfielder's trade from New York Red Bulls.

Red Bulls have come out and said Kaku "remains under contract with Major League Soccer and the New York Red Bulls".

It appears this is a case of the Paraguayan national team player trying to force Red Bulls' hand.
