February 12 US Paper Talk: FC Cincinnati’s star midfielder demands trade

The Orange and Blue vow to hold on to Frankie Amaya, while MLS clubs look set to miss out on Radamel Falcao.

SOCCER: Frankie Amaya has demanded a trade away from FC Cincinnati after the club declined multiple offers for the midfielder.
In a statement, Amaya said: "I don't feel my goals can be achieved in Cincinnati."
Cincinnati, whose ambitious signing of Brenner was expected to be the catalyst for a move into the upper reaches of the league, say they "are not looking to trade him". (The Athletic)
