FC Copenhagen v Chelsea: Predictions, tips and bet builder as Blues hunt Mickey Mouse cup

Europa Conference League favourites Chelsea head to Denmark for their last-16 clash with FC Copenhagen this Thursday (1745 GMT).
It’s been a long time since Chelsea have been favourites to win a competition. Seriously, Blues fans must think they’re back in the Abramovich era.
Then again, Chelsea should be favourites in a competition that features clubs from parts of Europe you’ve never heard of.
Copenhagen are certainly not one of those clubs. In fact, Copenhagen are arguably one of the two or three challenging sides that the Blues could have drawn.
Despite this, Enzo Maresca’s men should feel disappointed if they can’t bring a healthy victory back to Stamford Bridge for the second leg.
While the Danes are top of their domestic league, they haven’t really impressed in Europe and only progressed after an extra-time slog with Heidenheim.
If Copenhagen can’t make Heidenheim look easy, they’re going to struggle getting past a Premier League heavyweight.
Here, we take a closer look at the fixture and pick out some of the best bets along the way.
Good luck and please gamble responsibly.

Christopher Nkunku to score anytime – 7/5
Chelsea to win
Chelsea’s 4-0 win over Southampton last time out ended their run of three straight defeats in all competitions.
With form like that, you might be surprised as to why we are glazing the Blues so vehemently. In truth, it’s all down to one thing.
As a top five Premier League club at the moment, Chelsea should be getting the better of every team in this competition.
Their recent defeats have come against clubs who are a lot stronger than Copenhagen. What's more, the Danish side hasn’t competed against a team as strong as Chelsea since their last outing in the Champions League.
We’re backing Premier League strength over Danish courage – if that’s a thing – on this occasion.
Both teams to score
If Copenhagen are to pose any sort of threat, their best chance is on home soil at the Parken Stadium.
The home fans are likely to produce a hostile atmosphere which is one of the few advantages that Copenhagen will have.
With a capacity crowd behind them, we’re backing Copenhagen to get a goal on the board. At the same time, we expect Chelsea to get two or three.
Christopher Nkunku to score anytime
Chelsea are struggling with a few injuries at the moment but the one man who is more than capable of rattling the net for the Blues is Christopher Nkunku.
The Frenchman has produced eight goal contributions in five Europa Conference League matches this season.
Nkunku also scored and assisted in Chelsea’s 4-0 win over Southampton last time out.
Under 9.5 corners
Chelsea’s recent games haven’t really produced any exciting numbers of corners in recent weeks.
Six of their last seven have seen under 9.5 corners while five of their last seven have seen under 7.5.
