Sky Sports have confirmed all of the fixtures that have been chosen for live broadcast ahead of the 2024/25 English football league season.

Each club in the EFL will have at least one opening weekend fixture, League Cup tie, and regular weekend fixture live on Sky Sports during  August and September.

Some of the standout selections include two Lancashire derbies with Blackburn Rovers' games against Preston North End and Burnley being chosen for tv.

Newly promoted Portsmouth versus recently relegated Luton Town will also be shown live.

In League One Birmingham City versus Wrexham will be shown as well as Bromely's first-ever home match in the EFL against AFC Wimbledon.

The FA Cup fixtures up to the third round are set to be announced soon before the league campaigns begin.

Fixtures have been rescheduled early to give fans and clubs further notice to help with travel for matchdays.

Up to ten regular weekend fixtures will be broadcasted, with five from the Championship and five from across the League One and League Two fixtures.
