Dani Carvajal's revelation: Jude Bellingham's brilliance and Real Madrid's essence

In an exclusive conversation with Movistar's Universo Valdano, Carvajal's admiration for Bellingham was evident as he shared, "We don't want to heap too much praise on him, but the bar is incredibly high! Right from our first training sessions with him, the veterans exchanged glances and realized, 'Hey, this guy knows his stuff.' 

"Despite not possessing lightning speed or otherworldly technical skills, he has the complete package. He can find the back of the net, and you can entrust him with the ball. Even though he's only been here for three weeks, he's exceptionally astute."

When asked to name three teammates who left an indelible mark on him during his Real Madrid journey, Carvajal didn't hesitate, "Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos, and Luka Modric. These three would engage you in conversation, and you'd better listen and take notes. After a gruelling trip, you'd spot Cristiano in the ice bath, Ramos putting in extra work on the training ground, and Modric diligently training in the gym. 

"Witnessing Luka's transformation, from a quiet arrival to leading Croatia to a World Cup Final, was truly remarkable."

Carvajal concluded by offering a glimpse into what defines Real Madrid for him, saying, "I see the essence of Real Madrid in players like Joselu, who also happens to be my brother-in-law. At 33, he's living the dream of wearing the Real Madrid jersey, and that's the beauty of this club. You can see the sheer joy on his face when he puts on that iconic white shirt. 

"Sometimes, after spending a substantial part of your career here, you may take it for granted. It's hard to articulate, but being a Real Madrid player infuses you with an inexplicable energy. You look at your teammates, and the belief that anything is possible becomes palpable."
