FA Cup final: Eric Cantona insists Manchester United 'will' beat Manchester City

Eric Cantona has backed Manchester United to beat Manchester City in the FA Cup final.

Manchester United icon Eric Cantona has conveyed his best wishes to his former team ahead of their FA Cup final against Manchester City.
In the highly anticipated Wembley showdown on Saturday, United will strive to secure their second piece of silverware this season, having already clinched the Carabao Cup.
Erik ten Hag's squad is determined to thwart City's pursuit of a treble, as Pep Guardiola's side have already secured the Premier League title and are set to face Inter Milan in the Champions League final.
During his illustrious tenure with the Red Devils, Cantona triumphed in the FA Cup twice.
He played a pivotal role in the 4-0 victory over Chelsea in the 1994 final, scoring a brace, and also delivered a memorable winning goal in the 1996 edition against Liverpool.
The Frenchman enjoyed tremendous success at Old Trafford, winning four Premier League titles during his glorious five-year stint.
Although he retired from professional football in 1997, he continues to hold an esteemed position among United supporters.
As all eyes turn to the 3pm kickoff at Wembley, there is anticipation surrounding the lineups chosen by Ten Hag and Guardiola for this clash.
Prior to the game, Cantona expressed a brief message of support to his former team, confidently stating that United "will" emerge victorious and possess the capability to triumph against any opposition they face.
"Come on United for this FA Cup final," said Cantona.
"You will win it. You can beat anybody, anywhere, any time."
