Chelsea v Djurgarden: Prediction, tips and bet builder as Blues book final berth

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca
Chelsea strolled to a Europa Conference League first-leg win over Djurgarden and are unlikely to break much of a sweat booking their place in the final on Thursday night.
In the Premier League the Blues have hit some form at just the right moment. They are on a run of four games without defeat including an impressive 3-1 victory over the champions Liverpool at the weekend.
Their Swedish rivals will limp their way over to Stamford Bridge missing multiple starters due to injury and registration issues and could be ripe for another kicking.
Chelsea took their eye off the ball in their only defeat of their European campaign when Legia Warsaw surprised them with a 2-1 win and the Blues will need to be wary of another similar slip up.
But it’s unlikely lightning will strike twice again even if Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca decides to rotate his side.
Here we’ve put together some of the best tips for Chelsea’s match with Djurgarden, which if put together in a Betway bet builder will bring in odds of around 18/1.

Chelsea to win & BTTS
With the tie essentially wrapped up after a 4-1 first-leg win, Chelsea are likely to rotate, but their fringe players will still be eager to impress.
The likes of Tyrique George, Mathis Amougou and Shumaira Mheuka could feature more prominently, while Nicolas Jackson, fresh off a brace in Stockholm, may get another chance to shine.
Djurgarden have nothing to lose and could go gung-ho in the early exchanges, and are a good bet to grab at least a goal.
They scored a late consolation in the first-leg and Chelsea have kept just one clean sheet in their last six.
Anything less than a comfortable Chelsea win would be a shock.
Over 4.5 goals
Djurgarden were overrun in midfield and outclassed technically in the first leg, and now they have to do it away from home, without their starting goalkeeper or most of their key players.
Chelsea’s tail will be up from the Liverpool win and have tended to put much weaker opposition to the sword in Europe this season.
Djurgarden, like Gent and Panathinaikos have gone for four in one match, Astana and Legia Warsaw three, Shamrock Rovers five and Noah a whopping eight.
Nicolas Jackson to score
The Senegalese striker has found form and confidence, and if he starts, he’s the most likely to strike again. Djurgarden’s patched-up defence struggled to deal with his movement in the first leg as he netted twice in the second-half.
Over 3.5 cards
We were one short last week of our over 3.5 cards tip, and we are bravely sticking with that again mainly due the amount of fouls both sides have racked up since.
There were 18 fouls in the first leg and both sides carried that level of venom into their league games at the weekend.
Djurgarden committed 12 fouls against AIK, who thrashed out 17, in a game with six bookings. While Chelsea wracked up ten to Liverpool’s 11, with two yellows each.
Cole Palmer to score or assist
Palmer is unlikely to start against Djurgarden but his boots will be on fire after his man-of-the-match performance against Liverpool and he won’t want to be sitting on the bench for long.
A goal against Liverpool and an assist against Djurgarden shows he’s finding a bit of form and his presence is likely to send Djurgarden makeshift side into a panic and he could grab some glory late on.
