Bayern Munich and Manchester United linked to Randal Kolo Muani - report

Eintracht Frankfurt forward Randal Kolo Muani has been linked with a potential move to either Bayern Munich or Manchester United.

According to L'Equipe, Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have already been in contact Muani's agents MDC over a possible summer move.

Manchester United are also lining up a €60million bid to sign the French international in January. So a bidding war could begin at the end of the 2021/22 season and many expect the fee to rise.

However, the 24-year-old France international reportedly wants to remain at Frankfurt for at least another year.

In December, Muani's agents, MDC, told German newspaper Bild: "The plan is to stay at Eintracht for another year."

The striker has scored eight times in 23 appearances and earned himself a call-up for the France squad at the 2022 World Cup. He came off the bench and scored against Morocco in the semi-finals.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has also commented on the possible transfer.
"Manchester United have been linked with a number of strikers, and the latest is Randal Kolo Muani," he said.
"Still, in January it is more than difficult for any club. There is no intention from Eintracht Frankfurt to sell the player, and his price tag is around £61.9m (€70m)."
