FULL-TIME! RICHARDS BAY 1-0 CAPE TOWN CITY. What a finish! For such a tight contest to end with an own goal is both heartbreaking as well as wonderfully ironic (well, for Richards Bay fans at any rate). City certainly gave a good account of themselves and made an effort to go for the win, but they were perhaps guilty of committing too many fouls and giving the ball away too often. Richards Bay might well rue not having controlled the game more with their home-ground advantage, but with the full-time whistle blown it's now all academic, and Richards Bay will be delighted to continue their brilliant run of form with another three points… even if it was courtesy of an injury time own goal.
