Well, that was an exciting contest, but Portugal definitely deserved the win as they were more adventurous, attacking and clinical. Uruguay put a lot of effort in but they just didn't have that final touch and, once they were chasing the game, they looked like they kept rushing things. Sublime football in the end from Portugal who, if I might be so bold, are looking like strong contenders for the title. With that match completed all teams have played two matches, we have two teams who have been eliminated (Qatar and Canada) while three powerhouse sides (France, Brazil and Portugal) have qualified.
