Gallagher with an incredible strike from the edge of the box into the top right-hand corner the ball dipping beautifully - Palace keeper Guaita getting fingertips to it, but not enough to push it away from danger. Heartbreaking for Palace who have to battle hard to save a point.

YELLOW CARD, CHELSEA, KOVACIC. Terribly unsporting foul by Kovacic, very similar to Silva, except in this case the Chelsea man clings to the ankle of Olise, preventing the Palace man from continuing his attack. It's a yellow card but it's really not in the spirit of the game at all.

FULL-TIME, CRYSTAL PALACE 1-2 CHELSEA. Heartbreak for the home side after such a strong and powerful display of attacking football. Chelsea of course showed their class to continue their winning streak over Palace, and what a goal from Gallagher. In fact, all three goals were stunning efforts, so we've really enjoyed a cracking contest. Two sour notes were the yellow cards for Silva and Kovacic, both of which were desperate, professional fouls that really disadvantaged Palace. Nonetheless, Chelsea showed the class of a championship contender, being able to come from behind and claim the win, even when being outplayed.
