Ferrari have confirmed they will end their long-standing partnership with Santander after the 2024 Formula 1 season.

The bank, which first teamed up with Ferrari in 2010, initially supported the Scuderia until 2017 before withdrawing from F1.

Santander made a comeback in 2022 with a new three-year deal, but this collaboration will conclude at the end of this season.

Santander's support extended beyond F1, including backing Ferrari's World Endurance Championship programme, which saw the team secure victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans for two consecutive years.

Throughout its partnership, Santander's logos were a familiar sight on Ferrari's F1 cars.

Ferrari's Chief Racing Revenue Officer, Lorenzo Giorgetti, acknowledged the significance of the partnership. "As our successful partnership with Santander comes to its end, we would like to express our gratitude for their dedication and collaboration during our journey together," Giorgetti said.

"They have played an important role in contributing to our achievements over the past three years."

Looking ahead, Ferrari will focus on the 2024 Italian Grand Prix at Monza on September 1.

Known as the "cathedral of speed," Monza is the fastest track on the F1 calendar, where cars reach speeds of over 260 km/h per lap. The upcoming race represents a key moment in the F1 title race and is a special event for Ferrari, marking its home race.
