Aston Martin’s Sebastian Vettel plans to enjoy 'special' Interlagos track one more time

Aston Martin driver Sebastian Vettel said there is "something special" about Interlagos as he returns to the track where he secured his 2012 Formula 1 Championship.

There are just two races left in the memorable Formula 1 career and this weekend he returns to the track that will no doubt hold a special place in his heart.
He may have finished sixth in 2012 but it was enough to secure him the third title of his career, beating out Fernando Alonso by just three points.
Vettel may no longer be in Championship contention but has been showing signs of his imperious best in recent weeks and is excited to be back in Brazil, describing the Interlagos track as having "something special."
"Really good memories," he told F1.com "Great moments racing, great moments after the race.
"I think it has just something special about this place, [it] creates great races. So looking forward to the weekend and hopefully we can be more competitive than we were."
It is the penultimate outing in an F1 car for Vettel and he has already put some thought towards his final race in Abu Dhabi the following weekend.
To mark his send off, he is auctioning off places on his helmet with 1,000 fans able to bid to have their photograph displayed for the world to see.
Vettel has yet to say which charity the proceeds are going to but said on his Instagram that it will be "a good cause and a project close to my heart."
"It was trying to find a way to say thank you for the support and all these years," he explained. "Trying to say thanks, I can't thank everybody but 1,000 people with me to do the last laps, to do the final lap.
"It runs out today [Thursday] the auction because then the helmet needs to be painted.
"[I'm] looking forward to obviously carry all these people around with me, around the track and everybody who was bidding but didn't make it onto the helmet will still be mentioned on the webpage. So, the picture will be seen there.
"I think it was an idea and I think it's coming together nicely."
Vettel is currently P11 in the Drivers' standings and is 11 points behind 10th-place Valtteri Bottas.
