UFC 295: Full card and start time as Tom Aspinall looks to make British MMA history in New York

UFC are preparing for another huge night of action this weekend, with new kings set to be crowned in both the heavyweight and light-heavyweight divisions.

How do they do it? The UFC have a knack for turning a crisis into something special.

Last month, the organisation had to act fast to replace Charles Oliveira and Paulo Costa after both pulled out at the 11th hour.

This time round, President Dana White had a bit more time on his hands when forced to reshuffle the UFC 295 card. All 17 days to be precise.

Heavyweight champion Jon Jones was forced to pull out of his much-anticipated title fight with Sergei Pavlovich due to a pectoral muscle injury.

Jones’ misfortune opened the door for Britain’s Tom Aspinall who will now square off with Pavlovich for the interim heavyweight crown.

The 30-year-old will be looking to become just the third British UFC title-holder and the first at heavyweight.

The main event, however, concerns the light-heavyweights as former champion Jiri Prochazka takes on former middleweight champion Alex Pereira.

Both fights are expected to produce fireworks on what is a stacked Madison Square Garden card.

Live coverage of the main card will start at 1am GMT on Sunday, November 12. Fans in the UK will be able to watch the action unfold on TNT Sports.
