Leopardstown each-way racing tip: New Hill primed to challenge at tasty odds

Tipstrr racing pundit Lem Tips has cast his eye across the Irish sea to pick out his best-value each-way selection from Sunday’s meeting at Leopardstown.

16:35 Leopardstown:19th May Friday Night Party at Leopardstown Handicap

New Hill disappointed at Cork last time out but returning to Leopardstown and with Robbie Colgan back on board we're expecting a better performance.

He relished the heavy conditions here on his season debut a month ago, when he finished a close up fourth, less than a length behind the winner in another big-field handicap over this trip.
The ground at Cork perhaps was not testing enough on that day to bring out his undoubted stamina and today's softer conditions should suit much better. Lining up along 18 rivals for this competitive handicap, New Hill should get a strong pace and the soft ground makes him a massive price considering their overall form at this trip.
In his final outing of last season at Naas, New Hill finished just a short head behind Dha Leath, who is one of the best horses in Ireland over this trip in handicaps and is now rated 95.

New Hill starts off just 77 here and appears to have been underestimated in the market. I would be pricing him up at around 7/1 to win this race and anything in double digits is good value' especially with up to six each-way places available.

Suggested bet: New Hill each-way in the 16:35 at Tipperary
