With four each-way places readily available for this 12-runner affair, better value might be found lower down the betting, with reserve Bear Force One looking an interesting prospect if he gets a run.
Pick of the mid-market bunch, however, appears to be Marco Botti's

, who rapidly established himself as a more-than-useful handicapper over seven furlongs.

Three wins and three frame finishes from his nine career outings indicates consistent ability to get himself in the mix, and although the ground was too soft for him in the Victoria Cup here in May, he responded with a better showing in the Bunbury Cup at Newmarket a month ago.
Although seen most often over that shorter trip, he performed creditably on his two attempts over a mile, finishing third and a close-up second on Kempton's all-weather track.
