DESERTROSE OFTEXAS (5) is back at the races for the first time since September 8. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 5f at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino. One of the genuine hopes in the race. STORMY DAME (2) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 5f at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino, beaten 4 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. I WIN LIKA GIRL (3) wasn't far away in her two starts prior to sub-par seventh last time out over 5½f at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino (Dirt). Sure to do much better.
