TROPICAL SPEED (3) produced a career-best finishing fourth over 2m4f at Sligo. Reasonable effort tackling trip the time before. Fair chance. LIGHTONTHERIVER (12) fell early at Tramore last November. Previous effort at Fairyhouse reads well. Thereabouts if ready for this first start of the year. THE HOLMEISTER (2) is another to consider after running well at Killarney on first outing since 2022.
