HOT BANDIT (9) was narrowly beaten at his latest appearance at Scone over 7f four-and-a-half months ago. Should be hard to stop. SUPREME COMMAND (5) started at 6/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing sixth and beaten 3 lengths at Kempsey over 5f. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. TOY STORY (11) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when eighth, beaten 3 lengths, over 5f at Kempsey after he got a long way back. Should be peaking now and is among the leading chances. DARK VADOR (10) comes here off a break of five months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 6f at Scone. Hasn't scored when fresh from a break but generally races well with two minor placings. One to consider.
