EXCEEDAQA (8) hasn't raced since finishing fourth at Sunshine Coast and has placed in two trials leading into return. Rates a top hope and should be in the finish. LA PELAGO (3) is a maiden galloper who hasn't raced since finishing 10 lengths back in eighth over 6f at Wyong eight months ago. Looks to be in good order following a recent trial win. Bold showing expected. LULO ROSE (4) is a maiden galloper who hasn't raced since finishing 2.5 lengths back in fourth over 5f at Nowra four-and-a-half months ago. Looks to be in good order following a recent trial win. Can feature in the finish. LARS (2) is a nicely bred four-year-old gelding on debut. By Better Than Ready from Hidden Flair who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. Has only trialled once and was unplaced at Taree. Promising type who is one to keeps tabs on in the betting.
