PETTIGO GIRL (6) turned in a fine effort to win by 6 lengths at this track and distance last start in a far better run. Finds another suitable race and can go on with the job. CARLIE Q BLUE (4) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over 1m at this track (Dirt). Nicely placed to take this out. HUMMIN' THE FUNK (7) started at 7/1 last time on the back of a win at this track (Dirt) two starts ago but was below her best, finishing fifth over 1m at this track (Dirt). Has a good record at this course and distance, including four wins. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. LILAC LACE (2) ran below expectations last time at this track (Dirt) over 1m, finishing fourth and beaten 9 lengths. L A Batista who has scored on her four times retains the mount. Not to be discounted.
