VYPER (1) finished tenth over 1f180yards at Los Alamitos Qh (Dirt) at his most recent appearance on November 23. Has switched to the Justino Tarin Saenz yard. Capable of playing a major role. POLITICAL FLING (2) is back from a lay-off of nine weeks. Raced once last campaign and finished third over 1½f at Sunland Park (Dirt). Saenz Jorge Nieto stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Best form puts her right in this. KOKOMO BAY (3) is back at the races for the first time since March 7. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 1f180yards at Sunland Park. Definite top-three chance. HAVASU HEIGHTS (8) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 11 lengths away in tenth over 1f130yards at Sunray Park. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
