Leading contender. FLYING SHELLY (9) is resuming from a break of three months for a new stable after finishing eighth over 6f at Sunshine Coast at her latest outing. Placed in a recent trial at Coffs Harbour. Goes well when fresh with a win and two minor placings from six starts. Bold showing expected. TELEGRAPH (2) finished eighth two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by a head after being in the firing line on the bend over 5f at this track. Likely to be there at the finish again. WHAT A RUSH (3) drew wide and was pretty plain last time out when 5 lengths from the winner in seventh at this course and distance. Should park just off the speed. Must be respected.
