FORGED STEEL (1) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by one length over 1m at Oaklawn Park (Dirt). Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. MALARCHUK (4) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second when resuming last time out over 1m1f in stakes class at Sunland Park (Dirt). Perfectly placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. BRITISH ISLES (5) finished sixth last time out over 1m1 1/2f at Keeneland, beaten 11 lengths. One of the key contenders. SUBSANADOR (3) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 1m1/2f at Oaklawn Park, beaten 8 lengths into fourth. Mike E Smith gets the best out of this six-year-old entire. Finds a nice race and can bounce back.
