Again tasted defeat last start when sixth over 1m2f at Kembla Grange, beaten 2. 75 lengths. Finds an easier assignment and can find the winner's circle. KNIGHT OF RHODES (7) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished third, beaten 2. 25 lengths, over 1m2f at Canberra. Meeting a deeper field this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. DEVIL RIDER (1) is fitter for two runs back from a lay-off, progressing nicely last time to finish fourth, beaten 1. 75 lengths, at Goulburn over 7½f. Winning rider Pierre Boudvillain sticks. Solid claims on best form.
