BLUE MONDAY (5) was well found in the betting last time out but could only manage to finish eighth over 1m at Wagga in a disappointing performance. This doesn't look as hard so she is sure to be prominent. FELIS CHAUS (11) wound up strongly last time out to finish a nose adrift in second over 6½f at Goulburn. Among the leading chances. SPIRITUALISTIC (8) showed good early dash before weakening to be beaten 6 lengths into sixth over 7¼f at Illawarra Grange last time out. Must be included among the main hopes. SHEZAIN (14) resumed over 6½f at Goulburn where she showed little early speed but got home nicely to finish fourth, beaten 2. 25 lengths. Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
