AVONVIEW (1) built on a nice second two starts back at Kilmore with success as favourite over 1m2f at Kilmore three weeks ago, getting home by 1. 5 lengths. Nadia Daniels scored on him last time and retains the ride. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. RULE OF SALEX (8) closed off strongly last start to get up for second, beaten 1. 5 lengths, over 1m2 1/4f at this track. Has a high cruising speed. Will play a major role. UP AND UNDER (4) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fourth at Ararat over 1m. Best figures measure up nicely. Can do a lot better. MASH AND GRAVY (6) didn't fire over 1m2f at Wangaratta last time out when in the market. That followed a good second the run before. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways.
