SABINO (7) disappointed last time when fifth over 1m3/4f at Kalgoorlie after a close third at Kalgoorlie the run prior. Looks better placed over this shorter trip so is expected to be in the finish. FORTUNE'S LUCK (1) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when seventh, beaten 16 lengths, over 6½f at Belmont Park. Perfectly placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. RULING DAME (6) was never in contention when 12 lengths from the winner in ninth over 7f at Kalgoorlie last start, a less impressive effort than her sixth at Kalgoorlie the run before. Finds a suitable assignment and can take this out. DEAL OBTAINED (4) was expected to do more last start when out of the placings over 6f at Mt Magnet, beaten 6 lengths. Going up a level this time but he is good enough to play a major role.
