Meets a stronger field but he is capable of running a bold race. KING OF FRANCE (6) turned in a disappointing run last time out over 1m3/4f at Kalgoorlie after a nice win the start prior. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. ROEY CLAM (3) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 7 lengths when fifth over 6f at Mt Magnet three weeks ago. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough to take this out. DUBLIN RED (5) turned in another moderate effort last start when 10 lengths from the winner in eighth over 6f at Kalgoorlie. No surprise to see her in the mix.
