SADDLE UP JESSIE (7) Placed in a Group 2. Stuck on well last start to finish second over 1m1 1/2f in the G2 Delaware Handicap at Delaware Park (Dirt) after showing good early speed. This is a nice drop in grade so she is one of the main contenders. LEXA (3) resumed last time out and finished third over 1m1/2f at Churchill Downs, beaten 2 lengths. Ticks all the right boxes. CONTINENTALCONGRES (5) scored a good win two starts back on dirt then missed the placings on turf last time in a Listed Race at Colonial Downs over 1m1/2f, beaten 3.5 lengths. Nice class drop this time. Winning claims on best figures. Group 2 winner AFFIRMATIVE LADY (8) is a four-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Michael Stidham barn. Hasn't raced since finishing 11th in the G1 Kentucky Oaks at Churchill Downs (Dirt) 15 months ago. Not seen at the trials but is in a nice race. Has to be respected.
